The flowers delivered looked nothing like the pictured arrangement I chose. I was specifically looking for the yellow detailed in the picture. The flowers delivered were beautiful, but not as expected. Maybe had I made a detailed note, I would have prevented this particular outcome? I will try again with this company, but I might “call in ” my order next time. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for ordering flowers from us! We are so glad you enjoyed the arrangement and we do apologize that the arrangement differed from the image. Sometimes when a certain kind of flower is not in season we substitute it with other ones to fill up the open space, and we try our best to align the final design to what’s shown in the picture. This is why we indicate on our website below each flower image, “bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured.” However, we still apologize for the difference in expectation, and we will make sure to improve on our communication!
