I searched for a local florist in the San Marino, CA area to order a birthday gift for a close friend and took a chance with In Its Time. I typically prefer to order in this manner for floral gifts to support local businesses where our friends live. That said, one always takes a chance with any establishment's services & products result and I have experienced both incredible and disappointing results. In Its Time definitely did not disappoint. First, I called to request if the delivery could be scheduled by noon as the celebrant had plans to go out with her family and the shop accommodated my request. The order was delivered at noon and my friend called me overwhelmed with the beauty of the arrangement and was profusely grateful for the thoughtful surprise.
